Following the Leadership Clarity Conversation, we delve deeper into the team’s context, priorities, and challenges, team’s goals and operating environment. This determines how team coaching can support the team’s effectiveness, aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.

2 / Contracting
​
We co-create the scope of the engagement, defining objectives, timelines, and the foundations of our coaching partnership — including roles and responsibilities.

3 / Visioning
​
We create a tailored Integral Leadership Team Development Journey aligned to both organizational priorities and the team’s collective aspirations — based on expectation alignment discussions with relevant stakeholders, one-to-one conversations with the team leader and team members.

4 / Coaching
​
Team coaching sessions focus on priority areas identified in the Integral Leadership Team Development Journey. Science-based assessments and reflection tools may be used to deepen awareness of individual and collective strengths, to work more effectively together.

5 / Integrating
Progress is reviewed periodically to ensure insights translate into continued behavioural and organizational change.The engagement concludes with clear commitments that support the team’s sustained success.
