Where appropriate, evidence-based tools such as the Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment are integrated to deepen awareness of individual and collective strengths, enabling teams to intentionally leverage their natural patterns of excellence for higher performance.

All coaching engagements are clearly contracted in alignment with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards.
